Where in the world of OVO will I be working
The OVO Smart Platform Team is responsible for maintaining the end to end delivery of Smart capabilities into the OVO business. The team structure is split in to 3 key pillars: Platform Infrastructure - responsible for ensuring that our infrastructure is maintained and that changes are and delivered in a controlled fashion
Performance - responsible for ensuring our solutions are optimised to ensure continual effectiveness. In addition providing expert guidance to colleagues to support the ongoing improvement of the platform.
Programme -responsible for delivering new capabilities to relevant business areas utilising appropriate and scalable methods, ensuring that core OVO objectives are met or surpassed.
The role of the Smart Project Manager sits within the Programme team and will be accountable for managing the delivery of complex changes across our Platform. Technologies can range from meter technology (installed within members homes) to back end systems, industry platforms and everything in between. They will act as the key interface between teams across all OVO brands and will be required to build and lead strong multi-skilled teams who are able to deliver change effectively.
