Recruiting Coordinator

Rad Power Bikes is a leading consumer direct ebike manufacturer specializing in high quality yet affordable electric bikes for weekend warriors, hardcore commuters, and family cyclists.
We are seeking a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, this might be the role for you!
Our Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Recruitment team to help manage interview scheduling for a variety of positions across the org and support a team of 7 Recruiters in partnership with our current Recruiting Coordinator. This is a great entry-level role that will allow you to grow with a fast-paced organization! 

Why You’re Rad (about you):

• You have 1-2 years experience recruiting coordination 
• You have prior experience working for a rapidly growing, fast paced company
• You are familiar with LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and other sourcing platforms
• You have the ability to manage multiple calendars and complex schedules 
• You are flexible and able to change priorities in an ever changing environment and have a strong desire to organize chaos

Additional Requirements:

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
