Madly growing and located in Seattle, WA USA, we are seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Utrecht, NL. Our Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all of our marketing efforts in Europe. You will handle a variety of focus areas including digital marketing, print & advertising, and public relations in partnership with your counterparts at our USA Headquarters.
This role reports directly to our European Business Director.

Our Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all of our marketing efforts in Europe. You will handle a variety of focus areas including digital marketing, print & advertising, and public relations in partnership with your counterparts at our USA Headquarters.
This role reports directly to our European Business Director.
Why You’re Rad:
- 10+ years experience in consumer goods digital marketing including Paid Search, Affiliates, Display, Email marketing and Social.
- Develop marketing strategies and tactics, deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution across different channels, and measure results and performance using analytic tools and insights
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors to meet business objectives
- Experience in capturing, analyzing and leveraging the voice of the customer using surveys, in person and digital research to drive business results
- Experience working with creative departments
- Management experience, having led at least 3-5 marketing channels with hands on experience on 1-2.
Additional Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with Google Analytics or other leading digital analytics platforms
- Impeccable oral and written communication skills and excellent project management skills
- At least 7 years experience managing a multi-lingual team
- Fluent in English and at least one additional common European language
- PR experience, including product placement and influencer marketing.

- Having experience marketing outdoor and lifestyle products
- Experience with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Kalviyo
- Experience with A/B testing software such as Convert
Had you been with us last month, the top 5 things you would have impacted are:
- Setup and executed a new product launch together with the marketing team.
- Analyzed and optimized email marketing workflows.
- Initiated and participated in a brief for developing creative assets.
- Participated in meetings with the US marketing team to get alignment in marketing initiatives.
- Additional duties & overtime as required
