Why We’re Rad (about us): Rad Power Bikes is on a mission to get people onto bikes, electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone - the weekend warriors, hardcore commuters, and family cyclists.
Madly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA, we are seeking a full-time Service Supervisor to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, read on.
Our Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the growing service team in this brand new location. They will work closely with the service team in San Diego to act as a liaison between the service advisor and mechanics. They will assist in the hiring process as we build a RADICAL service crew. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, have a passion to provide an unrivaled customer experience, and have knowledge of the bike industry, this might be a good fit for you! 
We are open seven days a week! Weekend availability will be required as our schedule is subject to change. 

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 4+ years of experience with bikes in a customer facing position, particularly in a service department 
  • Prior experience supervising or managing mechanics in a shop environment 
  • A dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer service  
  • Relationship focused approach to customer service 
  • Passion for bikes and getting our riders back in the saddle 
  • Organized, efficient, strong attention to detail and prioritization
