As part of our Advanced Research team, you will scout the frontier of our technology to tackle high-risk, high-reward projects. You will work with the co-founder and CTO plus a small team to prototype new materials, test platforms, and production processes to help put our technology on the road. Responsibilities: Identify root cause for failed devices by linking electrochemical performance to physical and chemical analysis results. Use process knowledge to propose creative improvements for mitigating failure modes in existing devices. Maintain clear communication in a cross-team collaboration. Perform data analysis and prepare reports to share with the broader team.
Minimum Requirements:
BS in materials science, physics, chemistry, engineering, or a related fieldExperience conducting experiments in a laboratory setting
Preferred:
