Senior Manager, eCommerce Merchandising

Madly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA, we are seeking a full-time Senior Manager of eCommerce Merchandising to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, read on.
This role will be responsible for owning and driving the largest channel of Rad Power Bikes’ business. This role will report directly to our Director of eCommerce & Performance Marketing.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

• 8+ years of experience in merchandising in a consumer-based ecommerce environment 
• 5+ years of experience leading a team 
• Commercial acumen and the ability to ‘decode’ customers 
• A proven track record of analyzing sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges in partnership with other cross-functional teams 
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to switch between thinking about strategy while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks 
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that will require you to both create processes as well as process improvements 
• Experience planning and managing go to market campaigns for new product launches 
• Understands the relationship between merchandising, supply chain, and performance marketing

Additional Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar ecommerce platform 
• Familiarity with Google Analytics

• Created a digital environment that represents Rad Power Bikes’ values and provides a superior user experience for the customer with compelling visual presentation, easy navigation and an efficient shopping experience
• Measured customer sentiment through MPS, reviews, surveys, and referral activity and lead testing program from hypothesis development, experiment design, data gathering and data analysis
• Partnered with marketing to direct integrated campaigns that will deliver an increase in acquisition, conversion rates, overall order size and manage margin performance across a variety of product lines
• Collaborated with the rest of the marketing team to achieve merchandising goals through product placement and recommendations 
• Identified opportunities to influence product performance, including assortment, pricing, promotions, and site merchandising
• Additional duties & overtime as required
