We are currently seeking an IT Operational Support Lead. This position requires an experienced professional with a strong customer focus and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

  • Review technical processes and providing guidance to HelpDesk technicians
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated issues
  • Understand new technologies and provide recommendations on standard computer hardware and software
  • Review new application requests and assist with technical issues during development efforts
  • Work with IT development team on newly deployed applications and understand support model then provide training to the HelpDesk team
  • Monitor the implementation of newly deployed applications to ensure limited user disruptions
  • Collaborate in a HelpDesk / End user support team environment
  • Offer regular onsite and virtual basic training to employees on standard corporate applications such as, but not limited to, Adobe Suite, Smartsheet, Lucidchart, Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • Responsible for quarterly usage and license audit of, but not limited to, Adobe, Smartsheet, and Lucidchart


  • 3+ years as 3rd level Desktop Support or HelpDesk Technician
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Windows and OS X
  • Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Must have flexible hours
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • May include traveling to out of state and eventually, international

  • 2+ years of administering Unix/Linux environment

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
