Job Description

Overview:

Sunrun is the largest dedicated residential solar company in the United States with a mission to create a planet run by the sun. Since establishing solar as a service model in 2007, Sunrun continues to lead the industry in providing clean energy to homeowners with little to no upfront cost and at a savings to traditional electricity.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will act as a main point of contact for the on-boarding process
  • Ability to communicate professionally at all times to provide best-in-class experiences to both internal and external customers
  • Support new hires through the on-boarding process 
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and teams throughout the company to implement continuous improvements to our onboarding workflow as we continue to scale
  • Track and audit results from background checks through a third party vendor to ensure completion 
  • Assist the team with Ad-Hoc projects

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Google Mail and Google Calendar required. ATS iCIMS experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources or Recruiting.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.  
  • Must be highly internet and computer savvy, and a quick learner.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced work environment while remaining grounded and collected.
  • Must know how to operate with integrity, while exercising a passion for what you do and striving to have a positive impact.
