Job Description

Overview:

A Senior Project Coordinator should possess the ability to independently manage a high volume of assigned projects while also exceeding all Project Coordination metrics. They should be able to demonstrate consistent performance over a period of time.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a high level of assigned project workload in a timely, accurate, and consistent manner
  • Handles Costco, VIP, Referrals, New utilities & New Branches
  • Must be consistently exceeding KPIs for past 6 months: - QAs - 95% and above - Next Step - 85% and above - SLA’s - 95% and above
  • Demonstrates proactive identification of issues, escalated trends and concerns, used judgement to escalate appropriately
  • Be a role model in demonstrating "Be the Guide" behaviors - Consistently provide a “Best in Class” Customer experience, communicate positively with all cross departmental stakeholders (Incredible relationships).
  • Successfully builds strong relationships with branch and sales representatives
  • Onboarding of new PC's & available for cross-functional shadowing
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be a current full-time employee at Sunrun
  • Must been employed in your current position for at least 12 months, without a disciplinary incident.
  • 2+ years Customer Service experience
  • Ability to deliever exceptional customer experience
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and/or tasks
  • Ability to act and think independently
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, Google Chrome
  • Able to proficiently navigate Salesforce
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours including weekends and evening hours to meet the needs of our customer
  • Demonstrate all of Sunrun’s core values
  • Onboarding new PC's & Shadowing
  • Has a positive attitude.
  • Be a role model for peers, mentor, motivate and inspire team members, especially in difficult situations

  • SME for the team and available to answer questions
