Job Description

Overview:

The Training Analyst collaborates with key stakeholders and contributes to the identification of the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that are needed to acheive business objectives. The training analyst delivers programs of moderatly complex design and with direction makes improvements to established programs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Delivers classroom training sessions related to the development of deeper knowledge, skills, and/or more advanced behaviors that require facilitation of learning using methods other than slide presentation and lecture.
  • Ensures that there is key stakeholder alignment between desired outcomes and expected results of a training program.
  • Collects data and completes basic analysis related to a completed program.
  • Manages the logistics of onboarding training for our Call Center agents (4 week program)
  • Delivers the onboarding training program
  • Demonstrates solid classroom management skills to maintain engagement and acheive learning outcomes.
  • Effectively facilitates group and independent classroom activities (virtually and in person)
  • Provides on the job coaching and/or post training support for concepts that require reinforcement.
  • Administers knowledge assessments and post training evaluations to collect data to measure training effectiveness.
  • Conducts basic data anlaysis and makes recommendations for changes to improve training effectiveness.
  • Conducts basic training needs assessments
  • As directed drafts new/updated training content/materials and presents to manager for approval
  • Manages multiple tasks concurrently with support as needed from the manager and team.
  • May on occasion deliver short webinar/virtual training on simple content.
  • Shares responsibility for the delivery of recurring and other training programs owned by the training team and rotates into the trainer role as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years working as a trainer or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous call center or customer facing job experience is highly desirable
  • Foundational knowledge related to adult learning principles and/or ADDIE
  • Basic/Intemediate skills in training content development
  • Basic Skills with Google Suite
  • Intermediate skills with Google Slides and/or PowerPoint
  • Prior CRM experience is desirable
