Job Description

Overview:

Supervisors lead and manage a Project Coordination team to grow the business, enhance the customer experience, cultivates team engagement & career growth. Supervisors ensures proper management from customer approved plans to system activation for customers within their assigned region. This position coordinates internally with RIL to triage projects effectively, unblocks hurdles, processes information, builds reporting, manages team KPIs, communicates and gathers information for leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a team of project coordinators to communicate project status, internally and externally, and process tasks
  • Conducts 1x1s, sets goals, manages team and individual performance, drives team engagement
  • Organizes workflow and ensures employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
  • Monitoring employee productivity and provides constructive feedback and coaching
  • Onboards and trains new employees
  • Presents productivity and KPI reporting to leadership
  • Conducts team huddles and presents in department meetings
  • Responsible for driving team towards department OKR's Aligns to RIL, communicates project status and customer experience cross-functionally
  • Drives customer experience from customer approved plans to activation, increases customer realization Optimistically drives process change implementation

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Experience leading people within a dynamic, rapidly growing organization.
  • Comfortable managing amidst ambiguity.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in residential solar desired.
  • Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills, ability and passion for solving complex customer issues.
  • Propensity to follow through and drive toward resolution.
  • Uncompromising commitment to quality and getting the details right.
  • Excellent computer skills including G-suite, Excel, and web proficiency; experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently to proactively resolve problems and deliver results in a fast paced environment.
  • Highly organized and process oriented.
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours, including weekends and evening hours to meet sales volume.
