The ideal candidate has a strong background in brand partnership and sponsorship capitalization, integrated advertising campaigns, creative development and media planning, a passion for marketing, is ready to hit the ground running, has a great attitude, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, exerts strong leadership skills and exhibits initiative and a sense of urgency to deliver goals. The role will report to the VP of Marketing in Redwood City, California.

You Will:

  • Drive and articulate the strategy for Co-Marketing at our largest customer accounts.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar budgets to deliver maximum return on investment and value for spend.
  • Provide clear and regular updates to the organization ensuring that cross functional teams are aware of opportunities made available with each Customer.
  • Form meaningful relationships with Customer marketing teams, actively participate in creative development and media plans to drive awareness, trial, and repeat customers.
  • Track and analyze channel results and improve performance based on learning.
  • Interface between Customer marketing teams and IF Marketing and Creative teams to ensure timely response to all communications and delivery against contractual obligations.
  • Liaise closely with the Accounting, Finance and Legal teams at Partners to support financial management and delivery against contractual obligations.
  • Identify, scope and implement opportunities to grow portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal teams to support launch and ongoing campaign activity.
  • Challenge the status quo of “how things work” in the food industry to knock down barriers to grow the business faster than any food brand ever has. 

You Have:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Integrated campaign development and execution with a demonstrated track record of getting results and delivering against agreed upon goals.
  • Ability to be both strategic and tactical to prioritize opportunities, test, and implement successful campaigns.
  • Working knowledge of finance, accounting, and budgeting principles
  • Ability to approach change with a real passion for innovation and creative problem solving.
  • Prior experience in scaling ad spend at a startup
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest and passion for Impossible Foods’ mission
  • Able to navigate and thrive in a fast paced and highly collaborative environment 
  • Highly motivated self-starter with an exceptionally high quality bar; naturally preemptive and proactive, and intellectually curious
