We are looking for a Learning & Development Program Manager to partner with stakeholders to design, organize, manage and scale. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

You Will:

  • Engage with stakeholders to scope and define their learning needs and gather specific requirements, including learning objectives, desired content and approach 
  • Drive the administration, communication strategy, and reporting of internal learning tools and systems to develop standardization, highlight key processes and align innovative improvements across L&D teams 
  • Plan and proactively monitor the progress of multiple L&D initiatives to ensure a comprehensive approach to advancing and expanding learning & development experiences  
  • Work closely with Instructional and Visual Designer to create foundational and engaging learning experiences at Lucid 
  • Regularly curate and promote relevant Learning content for specific needs to grow the learning portfolio for employees 
  • Define success metrics and track usage of learning resources, and outline necessary actions to continue to promote continuous learning 
  • Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback from managers and employees to improve learning experiences 
  • Remain connected with other learning/enablement teams to identify common skill gaps across Lucid 

You Bring:

  • 5 + years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 + years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience. 
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate, manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders to meet operational performance goals 
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage parallel projects with multiple moving pieces 
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new information quickly and strategize for the long-term  
  • Demonstrated bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity
