We are currently seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst.  The purpose of this role is utilize data and strong analytical skills to identify, develop and deploy improvement projects across the Supply Chain organization.

You Will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business processes and practices
  • Develop hypotheses for improvement projects based on observed practices and gathered empirical data, examples including
  • Optimization of logistics routes
  • Develop approach for regional consolidation centers
  • Total cost of ownership model for returnable packaging and other supply chain environmental/sustainability improvement opportunities
  • Optimization of inventory and working capital
  • Total cost of ownership model to evaluate potential for supplier localization
  • Develop business cases, build cross functional consensus and present to leadership proposals for projects with recommended implementation plans
  • Play a strong role in implementation of approved projects

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, supply chain or finance discipline - MBA preferred
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hand-on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices and deliver optimal results
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
