 We are currently seeking a Supplier Performance Program Manager.  The purpose of this role is to develop, implement and manage Lucid’s program of business wide supplier performance.

You Will:

  • Work with senior level stakeholders within Supply Chain and the broader enterprise to define effective and appropriate measures of supplier performance
  • Develop data driven and objective metrics that satisfy the business requirements
  • Create reports, dashboards, presentations that clearly articulate performance levels of suppliers
  • Develop a playbook to be adopted by the Supply Chain organization to address performance improvement requirements
  • Co-ordinate and program manage the actions defined to improve supplier performance
  • Effectively communicate Supplier Performance metrics with the Purchasing team to feed into the development of future supplier selection strategies
  • Set the foundation for and develop a future Supplier Recognition Awards program
  • Coach, develop and mentor Supply Chain Analyst/s in their team to optimize the effectiveness of Supply Chain improvement projects

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, supply chain or finance discipline - MBA preferred
  • 5 years post education work experience in a preferably automotive supply chain role significantly involved with program management or supplier performance
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hand-on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices and deliver optimal results
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
