Responsibilities

As Infarm's Retail Activation Manager you:

  • Are hands-on and organized
  • Lead the development and localization of the Infarm brand in Scandinavia (currently we are based in Copenhagen but plan the expansion in other Nordic countries)
  • Excel in retail and on trade channel knowledge, understand trade marketing, and drive conversion; always exploring innovative ways to use the retail environment as an impactful marketing touchpoint to drive conversion and create brand lovers
  • Work with our retail partners' marketing teams to plan, develop and execute in-store promotions, tastings and activities and merchandising opportunities to drive Infarm brand awareness and conversion in store
  • Own the excellent execution of localized high-quality branding materials and create client specific POS playbooks to ensure impactful Infarm visibility and brand experience at the point of sale.
  • Define the local shopper and consumer journey and propose and develop clear result oriented activations, promotions, product campaigns etc.and sales presentations to fit your region, language, and customers as well as proactively research additional localization tactics
  • You build and own the local activation plan; influencers, digital, experiential and shopper led activation, bringing the brand to life through a mix of channels
  • Prepare a yearly (trade) marketing plan with a lean marketing budget and clear performance tracking in partnership with our Berlin based marketing headquarters and provide recommendations to optimize marketing plans or activations as needed

Requirementss

  • You have +5 years of relevant working experience in trade and consumer marketing and ideally have worked within FMCG and  food.
  • Thorough understanding of the retail channel; love for 'store checking' (when abroad you always visit a local supermarket / mall to check out new sales concepts and new products. True?)
  • Experience with social media campaigns and working with influencers
  • Entrepreneurial, can do attitude
  • Strong project manager and a true team player
  • You have worked in a high growth fast changing environment, being able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on pragmatism and business sense.
  • You also read job applications completely and show it by writing “I love herbs” in your application letter
  • Fluent in English and Danish
