We are currently seeking Supplier Chain Program Planners, reporting to the Supply Chain Program Manager. The purpose of this role is to co-ordinate across the Supply Chain organization to successfully launch new Lucid vehicles and derivatives of existing products.

You Will:

  • Work with a broad group of Supply Chain stakeholders and the broader enterprise to successfully launch new vehicle and derivative programs
  • Support the implementation of a structured methodology for new Supply Chain programs
  • Work with Engineering stakeholders to understand Bills of Materials and determination of what needs to be sourced – even when projects are in the early stages
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing Global Supply Managers to understand development and tooling lead times to prioritize sourcing activity by commodity
  • Use the Program Schedule to ensure deliverables from across the enterprise are achieved to ensure optimum Supply Chain performance
  • Proactively identify risks and mitigation actions to ensure the program remains on track
  • Take a hands-on role in trouble-shooting issues that could impact successful delivery of the Programs

You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, supply chain, business or finance discipline - MBA preferred
  • 2 years post education work experience in a preferably automotive supply chain role significantly involved with program management
  • Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership that leads to effective hand-on execution.
  • Energy and pro-activity to take ownership of issues and make a difference
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-first mindset that creates a vibrant, cohesive environment to help identify opportunities, resolve problems, develop best practices and deliver optimal results
  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as organizational and program management capabilities
  • Proficient in Excel, Project, Power Point, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, Smartsheets
