Role Summary:
In this high impact role, You will be a part of the Sunrun Sales organization, reporting directly into the Senior Leader of YOUR REGION. You will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to a team for 3 sourcing specialists supporting the Sunrun Sales organization as well as rolling up your sleeves to hire key leadership roles yourself. You will drive sourcing and partner with Sales Leadership to hire Retail Sales talent in YOUR REGION. You will interface with business leaders, and deliver qualified talent to fill this critical roles and attract passive talent. You will also provide market intelligence to drive key talent outcomes.
