We are currently seeking a Supplier Compliance Analyst.  This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong analytical background who will be responsible for compliance analysis, processing chargebacks, communicating with carriers and suppliers while supporting service level agreements and meeting key performance indicators.

You Will:

  • Execute enterprise compliance analysis, reporting, and chargeback processes for supplier non-compliance. 
  • Initiate and lead logistics supplier compliance process development.
  • Set up and provide regular dashboards / reports on supplier compliance performance measures and all KPIs to support communications to senior leadership ensuring logistics costs and processes are monitored, managed and under control.
  • Create weekly recaps on trends, root causes, and status updates with analysis to drive out inefficiencies, inaccurate data and unnecessary costs.
  • Analyze all supplier noncompliance and report findings to improve processes to eliminate possible future issues. 
  • Facilitate collaborative meetings with key stakeholders to review supplier compliance issues documenting notes and supplier corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross functional teams to review onboarding tasks. 
  • Execute tasks and systems maintenance for Supply Chain initiatives within established timelines.
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Update internal Standard Operating Procedures and Manuals and coordinate version control and distribution. 
  • Partner with suppliers to resolve claim issues.
  • Assist warehouse with audit of non-compliant suppliers. 

  • Additional Responsibilities
  • Work closely with carriers, vendors, and other cross-functional teams to improve data quality and timeliness and develop and manage KPIs, SLA’s by utilizing technology, systems, and other teams to develop robust financial reporting and dashboards. 
  • Provide oversight of supplier noncompliance improving the compliance for all by driving quality improvement programs and standardization.
  • Identify and resolve systematic problems between the carriers, vendors and the warehouse receiving process.
  • Develop and utilize Exception Management tools to identify problems and concerning trends before they can be of greater risk to the organization or its partnerships.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are documented and create Process Maps and visual charts for more complicated activities and functions

You Bring:

  • 5+ Years of Demonstrated Experience in Supply Chain.
  • 2+ years Reporting and Data Analysis experience
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven ability to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong curiosity and a resolute mindset toward continuous process improvement with the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes. 
  • Occasional travel to support the business may be required.


Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent field. 
  • Master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred. 
  • An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered
  • Occasional travel to support the business may be required.
