Our Marketing team has an opportunity for a Growth Marketing expert to join our team. This is a ground floor opportunity to grow the Lucid Motors brand and be a part of this renaissance happening in electric vehicles. You will be reporting to our VP of Marketing and working closely with our executive team.

The Role

• Drive growth for Lucid Motors.
• Be the subject matter expert of Growth Marketing and guide our leaders across the organization.
• Develop roadmaps and performance KPI’s – and manage to them.
• Proactively guide and update our executive team with updates and what’s ahead under the guidance of our VP of Marketing.
• Successfully develop and deliver Growth Marketing programs in partnership with outside collaborations and internal Marketing and Design team members. 

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing customer acquisition marketing campaigns
• Demonstrated knowledge of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
• Experience with large successful brands. Automotive and technology brands a bonus.
• Demonstrated passion for the electric vehicle community and sustainability. You keep up to date with the industry, its latest trends, and platforms.
• Thrive in high growth, early stage environments where you need to build process while delivering
• Flexible and collaborative personality.  
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, MBA a bonus
