Field Service Manager - West Region

Why We’re Rad (about us): Rad Power Bikes, America’s largest e-bike brand, is on a mission to get people onto bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone.
Our Field Service Manager will be responsible for managing  the Western region of Service Technician Supervisors, as well as working on special departmental projects.  Regular travel will be required in order to ensure teams are properly running smoothly and setup for success. 

Why You’re Rad (about you):

• 5+ years of field service management, and managing teams remotely.
• Experience developing and working on projects from scratch that help build team metrics.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
• Working knowledge of bikes and how they function (particularly ebikes) & up-to-date understanding of local ebike regulations
