About the Role:

The Workplace team is seeking a motivated teammate to support daily and large scale projects at Planet. Planet’s culture ties heavily to our physical office, our “mothership,”  and keeping it running smoothly will be your job! You will sit with the folks whose responsibilities are to address what our “new normal” will look like, including taking into consideration new health standard requirements and creatively re-imagining our home. In addition, you’ll have meaty projects to keep the facility in tip-top order, making certain our manufacturing floor (did I mention we put stuff in space!) remains safe and agile. The ideal candidate has a passion for efficient procedures and policies and a customer service heart. Your personal motto is to be “proactive and not reactive,” and you pride yourself on being composed in pressure situations.  

This is an in-office role,  Monday through Friday, 8 hours daily

Impact You’ll Own:

  • Front desk reception duties, including coordinating in-office employees, visitors, vendors, and deliveries 
  • Security and safety of the facility, including satellite manufacturing floor
  • Facilities maintenance, including office and space planning, security, cleanliness,
  • Inventory of supplies, equipment, and food & beverage
  • Other duties as the role evolves
