What You Will Be Doing

•             Lead data management and analysis for Salesforce.com

•             Understand how data integrations impact ChargePoint business systems (i.e. Salesforce,com, Netsuite, CPNOS) and document processes

•             Continuously striving for clean data, process, reporting, and system improvements

•             Collaborate with business to document the data definitions, business rules, and data flow

•             Responsible to drive migration activities: cleansing, mapping fields to other objects or systems, data load requests from sales operations/sales teams, and documentation

•             Advise business on options, risks, and any impacts related to data conversion & migration¬¬¬¬¬

•             UAT execution and ownership

•             Maintain customer contract pricing for Customer Accounts and resolve any pricing issues that arise

•             Own, cleanse, and maintain the customer data project where data resides in Netsuite and various Salesforce.com objects

•             Review and approve new customer data requests into Salesforce.com

What You Will Bring to ChargePoint

• Strong knowledge of Salesfoce.com

  •             Hands-on experience with data preparation

  •             Proven record managing data migrations

  •             Experience with defining data mappings, interfaces and detailed technical plan including data formats, data extraction, data cleansing, and data migration from source systems to target systems

  •             Understanding of data validation, reconciliation & cutover activities

  •             Perform and maintain data quality on Salesforce.com (accounts and opportunities) and Netsuite systems (customers) that provide better business and financial reporting accuracy

Requirements

•             5+ years experience as Data Analyst

•             Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy

•             Successful record of Salesforce.com data migration activities

•             Strong understanding on data structure and data integrity issues

•             Understands Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities and other Salesforce objects
