The Opportunity at Volta Charging

This is an outstanding opportunity to get broad exposure and provide significant impact in managing and growing aspects of our highly entrepreneurial Electric Vehicle charging business. Join us! 

The position must be based in Germany.

 

In your first 90 days, you will

  • Meet and develop relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure project flow to completion 
  • Actively communicate with accounts on project and analytics data
  • Work in SFDC to manage account data, lead conversion, opportunity creation, and the customer journey

 

After twelve months, you will have accomplished

  • Developing expertise on Volta’s sales cycle
  • Running sales/account reports that drive thoughtful decision making and confidently discussing accounts and territory planning
  • Hitting multiple quarterly targets and having a solid pipeline to achieve next year’s growth
  • Developing expertise in creating charging solution placement maps
  • Creating a stellar organization system to manage workflow for the with multiple account executives you support
  • Mastering a strong knowledge base of all Volta product
  • Seamlessly onboarding clients to Volta’s partner Portal and understanding rate usage

 

What you bring to Volta Charging

  • Experience managing customer accounts
  • Detail orientation and an ability to resolve issues related to store locations, station placements, installation and operation of our EV charging network
  • Salesforce experience managing leads, opportunities, and tasks 
  • Solid project management skills
