Financial Planning & Analysis Intern

The candidate should be enrolled in a bachelor’s level program in the area Accounting, Administration or Engineering.

The ideal candidate for will be knowledgeable and has practical, hands on experience in one or more of the following topics:

• Desired prior experience in internship programs in FP&A and Finance departments related to:
  • Financial modeling / Analysis
  • Database analysis
  • FP&A or Controllership routines
• MS Excel with good proficiency to support reporting structuring
• MS Power point to deliver materials for the executive meetings
• English language - Intermediate level (but advanced is desired)

The candidate should also possess the following qualities:

• Keen interest in understanding and build financial models, reports, cash flow and finance overall set of recurrent activities and deadlines

• Strong hand-on traits, focus and attention to details

• High analytical and problem-solving orientation
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities & meet strict deadlines
• Flexibility and acceptance of change
• Loves continual learning, agile in approach, not being a “know it all”
• Good verbal and written communication skills (English / Portuguese)
