Japan is a strong market for One Concern and recently One Concern has just been engaged with a mega P&C company for deploying its live and resilience products to the Japanese market. As a Consulting / Customer Success Independent Contributor,  you will be one of the key early members of this team reporting directly to the Service Delivery and Customer Success Management Lead. In 2020 and 2021, One Concern will have several local municipalities and corporate deployment opportunities.  We’re a startup focused on global resiliency. Our market is young and chaotic. If that sounds exciting, let’s talk! Requirements     5+ years of experience within a Professional Service, Customer Success or Service Delivery role to deploy foreign based Saas products to the Japanese market■     Motivation to learn new things■        Strong aptitude for technical software products■        Oral and written communication skills in Japanese at the native speaker level■        English language skills required■        Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude■        Advanced documentation and presentation skills■        BS/BA or equivalent level degree holder■        Strong attention to detail■     Open to travelling all over Japan ■        Mission driven Responsibilities     You’re going to be a customer success team, but your key responsibilities shall be more like consultancy work to understand customers and to address their needs by our SaaS platform..■        Organize a series of interviews with prospective users at a customer organization and understand customers’ pain, needs and wants by facilitating multi-stakeholder discussions■        Assess how our product can address those customers’ pain and come up with KPIs to monitor ■        Enable customers and partners to collect necessary data or information to deploy our service based on their requirements■        Recognize risks and issues to block delivery or maintain healthy customer relationship and escalate to necessary stakeholders■        Coach both customers and partners on enabling them to solve their pains on issues by utilizing our product ■        Link customer voice and vision to our product, work closely with our product and technology teams to enhance our value proposition■        Play key role among a customer, business partner and our offshore team to attain any other business goals
