Job Description

Why We’re Rad (about us): Rad Power Bikes is on a mission to get people onto bikes, electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone - the weekend warriors, hardcore commuters, and family cyclists.
Madly growing and headquartered in Seattle, WA, we are seeking a full-time Netsuite Systems Admin to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to support a dynamic team, read on.
Our Netsuite Systems Admin will be responsible for improving and supporting the development, implementation, improvement, and maintenance of the Company's NetSuite ERP, in addition to other related third-party business applications.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

  • 5+ years of hands-on implementation, maintenance, and support experience with NetSuite OneWorld & ERP administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments with a publicly listed company
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Financial and Operations tasks, along with knowledge of financial and operational reporting
  • Thorough understanding of ERP modules - including order-to-cash (invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue recognition), procure-to-pay (purchasing, receiving, accounts payable) record-to-report (general ledger, fixed assets, multibook and billing), and supply chain and inventory
  • Technical expertise in managing high volume transactions
  • Administrator-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports, and dashboards
  • Working knowledge of SuiteScript/web services, SQL, CSV imports, user provisioning, defining roles, analytics, and scheduling scripts

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline(s) (MIS, IT Business/Computer Science, and/or Accounting), or a combination of education and hands-on experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & impeccable written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal mentorship & ability to partner closely with internal and multi-functional teams
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, and database experience (SQL and NetSuite preferred)
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint hands-on & basic Data Analysis experience with Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

  • Proven experience with ERP Administration, Netsuite, & Netsuite Oneworld
  • Hands-on experience with GCP, Snowflake, and Looker 
  • Existing hands-on experience with Celigo
  • Global commerce, multiple currency and country experience 
  • Existing experience with NetSuite’s ARM module 
  • Previous experience with Informatica

  • Maintained the NetSuite application and other related 3rd party business applications for internal users & maintained up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration
  • Developed, tested, and deployed customizations, custom objects, third-party tools/applications and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs
  • Design, implement, and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving needs & maintained 3rd party software connections with NetSuite to support various business needs
  • Created, maintained, and ensured supporting documentation is up to date with all processes, automations, and operating procedures & helped manage the change management and release process of NetSuite and its related ecosystem
  • Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity & provided ongoing education, training, and support to stakeholders; supported end user requests for new saved searches, reports, Key Performance Indicators, and dashboards, and maintain proper system access for user roles
  • Additional duties & overtime as required
