Where in the world of OVO will I be working?
You'll be working within the Credit Risk and Collections Strategy team, as part of a shared service Collections and Revenue function. The team is responsible for preventing debt arising in the first place, where we can, to help our members with effective payment mechanisms in times of genuine need and to control revenue loss where processes can be subject to fraud.
What will I be doing?
Your key role will be to support the Pay Monthly Collections Manager in improving the performance of the final debt collections processes. You will develop and maintain user friendly reports that support performance analysis & decision making. A critical part of your role will be to provide insight and recommendations that will drive reductions in bad debt and see those through to delivery.

Is this the job for me?
You’re a data savvy, numbers person who has experience in a similar role, maintaining process within a data-orientated role. You’re confident with interpreting graphical representations of data and making recommendations on the back of this. You’re highly numerate & analytical, able to delve into the detail but understand the strategic view.
You've got strong communication skills are able to clearly and concisely articulate results to senior people across the business. You’ll have excellent presentation skills and the proven track record of engaging efficiently with internal and external partners.
