This work is central to Borrego Energy’s next phase of growth and is high profile within the company. The Project Manager will be at the center of this effort, is the second full time hire onto this team, and will work daily with the product team as well as C-level leadership.
Borrego Energy has been in solar for over twenty years, is 400+ employees strong, and is still on an aggressive growth path under leadership of the original founders. We are expanding our role in solar with this project, as well as entering into energy storage and wind power. It’s a good time to be joining the team.
The Project Manager will work daily with the Product Manager to execute anything that keeps the team on track. This person is expected to take initiative and respond to changing needs of a team that’s going from zero to one. This will include standard tasks of agile management like managing sprints, as well as helping engage with internal and external customers, gut checking the team’s ambitions against timelines, being a front line for unblocking team members, and more.
