unu is an urban mobility brand based in Berlin. Our first product was the unu Scooter Classic, an electric scooter with portable batteries launched in 2014. Our products are sold both directly to consumers and business customers, making them accessible to everyone and resulting in fair prices by eluding dealership costs. In 2020, we launched the second generation of our scooter: The unu Scooter was designed in house and completely re-designed with our partners in Germany. The new scooter offers space for two people, as well as the largest storage space and one of the fastest acceleration values in the electric scooter segment.
After establishing a strong footprint in Germany, Austria and France, we are looking to consolidate our position as one of Europe's leading e-mobility brands. With already more than 70 creative challengers striving for simply perfect solutions we are now looking for a strong IT Project & Systems Manager (m/w/d) to join the team in unu’s headquarter in Berlin.

With already more than 70 creative challengers striving for simply perfect solutions we are now looking for a strong IT Project & Systems Manager (m/w/d) to join the team in unu’s headquarter in Berlin.
Your responsibilities
- Manage projects to continuously improve our cloud-based backend IT system platform (CRM, ERP, interfaces to external partners)
- Work closely with our stakeholders in Sales, Procurement, Logistics and Finance to understand their needs and requirements
- Translate stakeholder needs into project objectives and system specifications
- Deliver IT projects in close collaboration with our internal IT specialists and external IT consultants
- Involve stakeholders and key users along the change process when moving from legacy to new systems and processes
- Prepare documentation and trainings for system users
- Assume ownership for a range of business IT systems and establish a continuous improvement process based on evolving/changing needs of functional departments
- Engage in ongoing system administration and “light” customisation
What you bring
- First of all, you should be passionate about our values (collective courage, curious connection, radical authenticity, simple perfection und creative challenger) and our vision – creating mobility solutions that fully connect people to their city
- Degree in computer science and application management, or a similar degree
- Proven experience in managing medium-sized CRM/ERP software projects (software introduction and customisation)
- Ideally experience with our existing core IT systems (Salesforce, NetSuite)
- Good understanding of business processes in Sales, Procurement, and Logistics
- Ability to effectively communicate & coordinate between functional departments and IT specialists
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and initiatives in parallel, and to stay focused despite moving targets and ambiguity
- Experience in CRM/ERP data clean-up & data migration
- Experience in working with a hybrid model of Waterfall and Agile
- Self-confident and self-driven personality
- Focused on creating value for stakeholders, with “can-do” attitude
- Fluency in English, German is a strong plus
