About the Role

We are looking for outstanding Technical operations program managers to work across the matrix organization to bring the product from concept to a successful worldwide launch

You will become part of a hands-on team that develops product quality and takes the program execution to the next level in micro-mobility space!

The Team

Our team consists of people that are dynamic, passionate about crafting new products and intuitive customer experiences. At the same time, obsess over performance and reliability of what we build. We challenge the status quo and strive towards finding the best way to tackle problems.

We work in very small groups to keep processes and overhead low, so we have a lot of trust and accountability to perform the work required to build the best product for the customers

Responsibilities

  • Own and build program schedule that aligns with the roadmap planning and execute based on Product development process/phase gates
  • Collaborate with product, engineering - Hardware/Software, finance, business and operations teams to translate business insights into decisions and actions
  • Drive complex topics/issues and influence the teams on the tradeoffs and provide risk management, explore solutions for program roadblocks and resolve any constraints on the project
  • Keep a tight communication on the program status both on the horizontal and vertical ladder
  • Be the point of contact partnering with Asia Operations to establish a daily build plan, provide clear direction and guidance to meet the program and build objectives to vendors and CM partners
  • Ability to travel internationally during development builds, beta and market launch if needed

Qualifications

  • Solid track record in launching programs and prior experience in hardware operations, engineering program management or strong program management background
  • Ability to lead and bring the dispersed teams together across multiple time zones and geography in a global environment
  • Demonstrate phenomenal leadership with cross-functional collaborative approach working with partners from Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, Supply chain, Product management, Policy, Market Operations and other cross-functional partners
  • Ability to make things happen around you. Lead a project which has complexity, ambiguity and interdependencies in an organized and structured way
  • Strong Business approach and Metrics driven - comfortable defining and analyzing metrics to showcase the success of our products in the field
  • Experience in New Production Introduction, Manufacturing or working with International OEM is added bonus
  • Requires 8 years of experience with Bachelors or higher degree in Engineering or related field
