  • Research transactional issues; identifying root causes and driving resolutions
  • Manage review of month-end activities and account reconciliations
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop, implement, improve, and execute processes and systems surrounding global inventory
  • Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows and user guides
  • Provide support for financial audit requirements as relates to inventory
  • Manage multiple Shopify stores: store set-up, inventory synching, locations, shipping zones/rates, etc.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement, take the initiative to think with a solutions-oriented mindset and present ideas to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a competitive university in quantitative/technical field
  • 3+ years of experience using data to facilitate business decisions
  • NetSuite proficiency: reporting and saved searches, transactions and inventory management module
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to improve complex processes
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage simultaneous projects, tasks and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • High-growth operations and/or startup experience
  • Supply chain / Inventory management experience
  • Shopify experience
