Where in the world of OVO will I be working?
Retention is a cross functional team responsible for engaging with and retaining our loyal members. We focus on getting the basics right, identifying the pain points and building experiences that create engagement turning our customers into fans, at every touch point of their journey with OVO.
As a Senior Marketing Manager reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for understanding all points in the customer journey where members churn and why. Using this information, you will develop strategies to prevent losses using a test and learn approach and continue to iterate and improve on the campaigns you put in place. You will work closely with the Retention Product Team to ensure a joint focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact on long term retention.
