Your role and your team: 

You will report directly to the Academy & Operations Manager and work closely with all teams inside our Production Organization. 

The Production Academy secures all training regarding the technical certification of our Production staff as well as special technical and methods training in line with the roll-out of the Lilium Operating System.   

In this role, you will be part of the Production Team focused on supporting the training management, the specification of training requirements as well as the design and procurement of training from suppliers. You will support day-to-day operations directly in contact with experienced technicians, manufacturing engineers and our supply chain team. You will be responsible to manage the training plan, roll-out new training and ensure documentation of peoples' qualifications.

Your Day to Day:

  • Collect and consolidate training requirements across teams
  • Support the development and procurement of training projects within the entire Production Organization
  • Roll out of new training  
  • Supporting in the training management and execution of the training plan
  • Assist our teams with their training requests
  • Work on any ad-hoc related tasks or projects as necessary

 

Your Profile:

  • Engineering/Informatics/Management student or equivalent
  • Excellent academic track record and past industrial internships in related sectors such as producing, consulting or finance firms
  • High level of self-reliance: work independent and self-motivated
  • Good communication and team working skills with an autonomous target-oriented work style
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a drive to challenge the status quo
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Available for a minimum of 4 months full time
