  • Company Culture: Help perpetuate our values and belief system throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding as well as every step in between
  • Utilise a data-driven approach: adopt best practice research and facilitate data collection and use to support delivering the above in line with best practices for organisations of Cervest's profile

The interview process for this role will be approximately 4-5 hours in total (which we accommodate as much as possible around your obligations), comprising interviews with 3-4 Cervest representatives across the organisation, and a short assessment on a relevant topic which is agreed in advance.

Accommodations will be provided as requested by candidates during all aspects of our interview process.

  • Demonstrated success in high-volume transactional people operations within high growth companies
  • Experience managing full cycle recruitment, optimizing recruitment processes, and leading others to implement them
  • Exceptional prioritization abilities, emotional intelligence, organization capabilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear understanding of best practice and research in People Operations and experience in a scaling PeopleOps team
  • Up to speed on high-level UK employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Experience in building or strong interest in developing ability to build a team

Even better if you have:

  • Interest in sustainability and climate change
  • Interest in mission-driven businesses that involve technology
  • Experience working with remote teams

Salary – £40-50K / annum (dependent on experience) or local equivalent

Opportunities to learn, grow and thrive with support from talented and empathetic team mates

We are a remote first company and looking for candidates who would be able to come to our office in London (once travel is sensible) a few times a year using more sustainable transport methods (we’ll help with that) so generally able to travel to London without needing to fly.

Fuller list of benefits on our main career page – we’re an early stage startup and currently reviewing our benefits in light of becoming a remote-first company. We are committed to ensuring that we support our team in developing in line with their aspirations and talents as well as continuing to develop our culture in line with our values.
