What You'll Do

  • Be the point of contact for candidates; coordinating, scheduling, and managing support for interviews or any other accommodations
  • Own the coordination of every touchpoint of the candidate experience, inspiring the best to work at Aspiration
  • Assist with full-lifecycle recruiting such as sourcing and pre-screening applicants for Customer Success and Operations teams
  • Collaborate with the Talent Team to create and continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes
  • Work independently on multiple projects and tasks that support the recruiting function
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System (we use Lever)
  • Partner with the Talent Team to find creative sourcing solutions and develop diverse pipelines 
  • Participate in the coordination and execution of all projects across Talent Acquisition

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of recruiting coordinating experience; some recruiting experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Experienced with Lever, ATS or similar (Greenhouse, Jobvite etc)
  • Energy, optimism, curiosity, and an inherent desire to be part of the solution
  • Flexibility: able to shift tasks and priorities in a big way at the drop of a hat; comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Accuracy: able to work on multiple tasks in an organized, quality manner that ensures accuracy in scheduling interviews, generating reports, and effectively responding to internal and external stakeholders
  • Creativity and is process-driven: you’re constantly looking for ways to make things work more efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness
