National Account Sales Executive

The Job

This position will play a key role in driving revenue into a large account base. This role will focus on discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating multi-million dollar deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Experience in enterprise sales and portfolio wide solution selling is highly important. You have a strong technical background, excellent communication, and listening skills that enable you to understand what the client needs, and dynamic problem-solving skills in order to meet those client needs with our team. You are a closer and do whatever it takes to succeed while creating a great experience for the customer. You will be reporting to the Director of Sales - National Accounts.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years working in technology in a sales executive role at a market-leading company
  • Demonstrable track record of closing deals and attaining quota
  • Extensive industry know-how and ability to navigate the technology landscape - energy engineering and HVAC systems 
  • Great at execution: results-driven, detail-oriented, organized self-starter
  • Can handle multiple projects and priorities in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Execution experience in projects/technology implementations in commercial RE
  • Willing to travel up to 50%
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Proficient using Salesforce CRM
  • Ideally experience with HVAC industry or other managed service offering (e.g. SaaS) to retail facilities.
