SUMMARY

As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) at Nexamp, you will work together with leaders to integrate business objectives with our people strategy and initiatives. You will empower our leaders by proactively coaching and guiding them on all things people!  As a successful HRBP, you will also champion employee ownership, learning, and accountability.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the buildout of our People programs, including performance management, people development, career pathing, and more.
  • Provide day-to-day employee and team performance guidance to leaders (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, as necessary.
  • Provide guidance on business unit restructures and workforce planning.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees and reduce legal risks. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Measure the pulse of the people by leveraging pulse surveys, exit interviews, etc. and drive effective programs that continue to improve engagement and ownership.
  • Identify learning and development needs for business units and provide guidance as appropriate learning solutions.
  • Review and analyze business metrics to recommend improvements.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, results-oriented and a team player.

Key qualifications as follows:

  • 4 years of broad HR experience; preferably working at a generalist level.
  • Ideally has experience working for a combination of startup, scale-up businesses. 
  • Experience developing solutions using data-based insights.
  • Strong project management and communication skills; ability to effectively communicate and work across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to get things done and getting them done well.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
