Job Description

Rad Power Bikes is on a mission to get people onto bikes, electric bikes that are built for everything and priced for everyone 
Our Ebike Service Technician Supervisor will be leading our field tech teams in various parts of the country to ensure they have everything they need to successfully service, demo, and deliver Rad Power Bikes to our customers.  Weekend availability is required.

We are looking for:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in field service and bicycle repair
  • You will have prior experience leading, onboarding and training a team 10 or more, bonus points for managing remote teams 
  • You have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to your team’s locations (Los Angeles and San Diego)
  • You have the ability to handle 65+ pound loads without assistance
