About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team. Product Management at Compensate is a hands-on role. You will get an opportunity to build a platform from scratch. The product development process is an extremely collaborative effort. You’ll work with Engineering, Sustainability, Growth and other internal teams and have ownership and responsibility for planning and executing the product.

Responsibilities 

• Define, guide, and execute the product strategy for the team based on market needs and feedback from different groups
• Collaborate with engineering and sustainability on a day-to-day basis to build iterative, high-quality products
• Define scalable platform and product offering
• Define easy to use and robust interfaces (APIs, dashboard etc)
• Lead partner integrations
• Define clear success metrics and support your teams to achieve them
• Work with growth team to receive feedback from the customers
• Work with non-tech teams to productize their requirements

Qualifications

• 2-5  years of relevant work experience in product, product architecture, and tech. 
• Ability to work autonomously to lead product development efforts and surface roadmap opportunities.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Experience analyzing and using data to inform decisions
• Clear communicator: Ability to articulate priorities and keep alignment across the organization
• Able to prioritize and make decisions and manage conflicting priorities
