Technology Business Process Owner

Madly growing and located in Ballard, we are seeking full-time Technology Business Process Owner to join our team. If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are looking to be a part of a dynamic team, this might be the role for you! 
The Technology Business Process Owner is responsible for monitoring data trends and working with the Supply Chain team to improve the quality of our reporting and metrics.  Through data collection from various sources, you will generate reports and KPIs that drive improvements throughout the supply chain.  You will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting are used to generate corrective actions & solutions.  This role will report directly to our Sr Manager of Logistics & Warehousing.

Why You’re Rad (about you):

• 5-10 years of experience in data collection from various operating systems and platforms
• 5+ years of experience in using data to generate metrics and reports
• Ability to develop and maintain a system for gathering key data and aggregating appropriately to “tell a story”
• Prior experience generating reports from supply chain based systems & data
• Prior experience mining various systems for data (WMS, ERP, E-commerce and Order Management platforms)
• Able to make suggestions around systems improvements for enhanced data extraction and manipulation with large amounts of data 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to tell a story using data

You get bonus points for:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 
• Experience with PowerBI and SQL
• Prior experience extracting data from multiple sources and aggregating for reporting dashboards
• Prior experience creating & reporting metrics
• Prior experience and knowledge of ebikes

• Developed reporting that gathers supply chain data from various sources to ensure closed loop process with Supply Chain to create & enhance dashboards
• Assisted with developing vendor performance scorecards utilizing key metrics
• Fulfilled internal and external reporting requirements in support of Supply Chain functions
• Performed statistical & data analysis to generate reports and make recommendations
• Utilized data to determine the root cause and communicated results effectively
