About the Role:  

We are looking for Sales Compliance Representatives for a high-growth Sales organization with a focus on partnering closely with customer success and legal to make sure all contracts and products sold are being fulfilled and maintained within their contractual agreements. This is a unique one of a kind position where you will partner with sales and customer success to focus on potential upsells of current customers, and delivering on our contractual agreements with Planet customers and their partners. If you are looking to get into sales, customer success or compliance and have the ability to learn about a product quickly, this is a great opportunity to start your career.

Impact You’ll Own:

Aid in the development of expansion sales, customer success and compliance of contracts

  • Hunt and uncover potential upsell opportunities within our customer base
  • Build a lead funnel for sales based on contractual non compliance trends
  • Red Flag potential usage violations on current customer or partner contracts 
  • Deliver exceptional customer service based on terms and conditions of contracts
  • Work with compliance and legal to amend or nullify violated contracts
  • Define and communicate support requests to regional customer success teams

What You Bring:

  • Great enthusiasm for speaking to customers and partners about Planet’s value proposition
  • Your desire to succeed both personally to grow your career and to help your team as well
  • Excellent communication skills via email, phone or other means
  • Genuine interest in satellite imaging
  • A desire to grow your career into sales, compliance, legal or customer success
  • Experience in customer service or compliance enforcement is a plus

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Knowledge of satellite imaging, earth observation, or remote sensing industry
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Previous experience using sales engagement platforms - Groove, SalesLoft, Outreach, Sales Navigator
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, customer success or compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree
