About the Role

We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This person will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless interview experience for candidates and our hiring partners.

In this position, you will play an important role in helping us bring in the best candidates possible while supporting the company through a critical growth phase. You'll work with hiring managers and Recruiters to develop creative strategies and create a phenomenal interview experience.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a positive and efficient interview experience for candidates and hiring partners
  • Build rapport with candidates, the recruiting team, and our cross-functional hiring partners
  • Find opportunities for improvement for candidate experience, scheduling efficiencies, and alternative candidate search techniques
  • Guarantee a 24-hour turnaround time for candidate scheduling and manage timely candidate communications
  • Act as a super-user for our ATS (Greenhouse), including updating candidate records and tracking recruiting activities
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive candidate data
  • Coordinate, support and manage key People-related initiatives and programs as assigned
  • Understand Spin’s business, values and culture to guide your recommendations and decision-making
  • Be a culture ambassador, fostering diversity and inclusion

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, People Operations Coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in a hyper-growth, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment; High-growth startup environment experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize a high volume of incoming interview scheduling requests via proactive communication and a sense of urgency
  • Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with ATS platforms, Zoom and Google Suite required; Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred
  • Metrics driven - you utilize data to help drive your decisions
  • Growth mentality - willing and able to try new things, seeks out and welcomes feedback, and learn from mistakes
  • Excellent judgement and problem-solving capabilities; Resourceful and takes initiatives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
