This full-time key position will have an opportunity to join one of the world’s fastest growing food companies in developing and executing a global people communications strategy. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages design and execution of high-impact, innovative, engaging communications deliverables, including the company intranet, social media channels, emails, articles, presentations, events, videos, etc. 
  • Develop, manage, and operationalize a communications calendar to ensure proactive communication planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead on company wide people events and ongoing HR initiatives and programs to ensure information is timely and captures  Beyond Meat's mission to help employees better connect. 
  • Develop and deliver messaging on complex, nuanced issues.
  • Measure the effectiveness of communications messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations on how to improve.
  • Assist with employee and candidate branding to help increase brand awareness, and support recruiting and engagement efforts.
  • Drive forward Beyond Meat’s culture and business strategy by inspiring and aligning the team around our mission, values, and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or other associated field of study.
  • At least 5 years experience working in/supporting Human Resources (HR)Experience working in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience working for a global organization.
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills, including visual storytelling and message simplification.
  • Excellent judgment and people skills.
  • Ability to work in multiple project streams, assimilate content and context to get up to speed on new projects quickly, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines. 
  • Self-directed with the ability to effectively achieve stakeholder buy-in and move projects forward.
  • Excellent follow-through, follow-up and time management skills.
