About the Role

Spin Product Managers lead the definition and the roadmap for our products, in strong partnership with our engineering, business and operations teams. We are looking for an exceptionally entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager, Rider Engagement to innovate and execute strategic user acquisition and retention initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and establish a shared product vision for rider engagement across. functional teams, of engineers, designers, analysts, and operations.
  • Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of stakeholders from partner teams to executive levels.
  • Focus on rider programs to increase brand loyalty and significantly boost our ridership metrics.
  • Run experiments to validate your hypothesis and use data to deploy at a larger scale or iterate on your proposal.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Product team, in particular the rest of the consumer-facing product managers to fully comprehend the impact of your proposal.
  • Become the A/B testing expert for the Product team.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a product manager for a consumer product.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading user acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Broad, up-to-date domain awareness on growth strategies, tactics and tools.
  • Strong data-oriented mindset, comfortable defining and analyzing metrics that showcase the success of our products, in collaboration with our data analysts.
  • Hands on experience defining, running and reviewing experiments using A/B testing, and making informed decisions on hot to proceed forward
  • Passionate about mobility and transportation.
  • Ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
  • Strong communication and intuition for strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences.
