Inventory Clerk

OVERVIEW
Beyond Meat is a fast-growing company in need of an Inventory Clerk. This position will support the Manufacturing and Supply Chain team to strengthen controls within the NetSuite ERP environment. The Inventory Clerk is primarily responsible for performing physical counts of company owned inventory items. This position reports to the Plant Controller who will make work assignments on a daily or weekly basis. The role will be responsible for printed count sheets, performing physical counts of the product, entering counts into the ERP system (NetSuite or Deacom), printing variance reports, and performing preliminary reconciliation activity per the documented work instructions. This candidate must be proficient at Excel, have good analytical skills, and be able to follow multi-step instructions. Some travel required to nearby warehouses; approved travel expenses will be reimbursed by Beyond Meat. Additional responsibilities may include performing documentation and/or material pull audits, posting transactions for materials in the ERP system, and/or performing other clerical or warehouse tasks as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Account for and monitor NetSuite inventory levels
• Physical inventory counts at multiple locations and enters in NetSuite. Variance identification and root cause analysis
• Support weekend cycle counts to post the starting inventory for SC team
• Enter receipts and transfers for warehouse and mange that process

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• NetSuite or comparable ERP system experience is vital for success in this position
• Strong computer skills, including basic to intermediate Excel
• Good communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work with and/or supervise a variety of people

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Position requires working in refrigerated conditions (<40°F) primarily and some time in freezer conditions (<10°F)
• Position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, climb, kneel, bend, and consistently lift up to 50 lbs.
