Ebike Expansion Lead, Denver

Rad Power Bikes is a leading consumer direct ebike manufacturer specializing in high quality yet affordable electric bikes for everyone.
Our Mobile Expansion Lead will be responsible for traveling to new areas to setup new outposts (locations). You will help to develop our Rad Mobile fleet of service vans, as well as training our new Ebike Service Technicians on bikes in order to set them up for success.

What we're looking for

• You will have at least 2 years of experience with bikes in a formal setting, bonus points if it is with electric bikes 
• You have the ability to solve problems on-the-fly and in unique situations
• You are comfortable working in a variety of settings (in-shop, outside and at field locations)
• You have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time
• You will have a valid Driver’s license and clean driving record, and also be comfortable driving large vehicles
• You will have the ability to lift, push/pull, leverage and carry 75+ pounds without assistance
