SUMMARY

Due to growth, Nexamp is looking for a highly skilled individual to join us as a Customer Loyalty Representative.  This position will be responsible for responding to inbound customer contacts, helping the team deliver the industry leading customer experience that Nexamp is known for. If you have strong communication skills, like helping other people and have a customer-focused mindset, this is the position for you.

The role is a part of our Customer Experience organization. The position has the opportunity for future growth and development amongst a group of high achieving and fun professionals. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming contacts (phone, email, chat) to assist customers with their questions on billing, service and miscellaneous inquires
  • Place outbound phone calls to follow up on customer questions
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience on each and every interaction
  • Use multiple systems to review and solve problems
  • Handle issues start-to-finish, take ownership of the customer experience
  • May be asked to partner with other departments to help process improvement
  • Work as part of a team, collaborate and share innovations for continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in a customer facing role
  • A true passion for customers and delivering the best possible service
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient typing and computer navigation skills
  • You are self-motivated, self-starting, and self-assured!
  • A high sense of urgency and multitasking skills
  • Work well with multiple/diverse groups and enjoy collaborating as part of a team
  • Enjoy learning new things
  • Are comfortable working in a changing/growing environment
  • Prior customer service or call center experience a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
