It is clear that we should be taking CO2 out of the atmosphere. We started Sourceful Climate because we recognised that the carbon removal space needed urgent support, so we made an outsized contribution and set up Sourceful Climate to help other businesses do so too. 

We are the first tech company in Europe to offer permanent carbon removal to our customers. This is just the start. The issue of climate change is huge, but so is our ambition for Sourceful Climate.

Responsibilities

• • Own and refine the Climate product vision through extensive research into climate solutions, communicating a compelling narrative for where we should focus.
  • Actively participate in the climate ecosystem managing relationships with climate projects, academic researchers, advisers, businesses and NGOs.
  • Work with current and prospective clients to understand their needs, design a product and a user experience that outperforms the market.
  • Product manage the development of the climate platform as a trusted partner for engineers, designers and marketers.
  • Run operations for Sourceful Climate, build workflows, tools and reporting to ensure effective day to day delivery.

About You

• • Passionate about solving for climate change – you don’t just talk the talk, you walk the walk with a demonstrable passion for the role businesses can play in solving for climate change.
  • You hustle – you get things done, even when the odds are stacked against you. You have a deep desire to create products that lead the pack.
  • Strategic with an eye for detail – you are comfortable in technical academic content, with an ability to zoom out to look at market, product and competition.
  • Excellent communicator and relationship builder - you are able to clearly articulate yourself and are experienced working cross-functionally and in building relationships.
  • Ambitious, results-driven and have a track record of handling pressure as you grow - you're always seeking better ways of doing things and are comfortable in high growth, scaling environments
  • Experience in fast-paced and ambitious working environment required (e.g. management consulting, investment banking, start-up / scale up, top tier academic institute); climate science experience preferred, but not necessary.
