We’re looking for a Content Designer to join our Content Design practice at Kaluza; part of the OVO Group.
If you have extensive experience in content design, copywriting, content strategy, UX writing or technical writing ... we want to hear from you.
You get bonus points if you have specific experience in technical writing. For example, documentation for software products, APIs and security protocols.
You’ll be designing and writing content for all kinds of scenarios. From long-form webpages, to microcopy, transactional communications, help articles, commercial pages, pitch decks and technical documentation.

To design the best content possible, you’ll also be collaborating with a variety of stakeholders. These include researchers, designers, marketing/brand, developers and subject matter experts.

As a Content Designer, you’ll report to our Senior Content Designer.

The Content Design discipline lives in the Platform Design department. It sits alongside Design Operations, Design System, Research, Service Design and Product Design (formerly UX design).
You’ll also be joining our OVO-wide community of 60+ researchers and designers. We help teams see through the eyes of real people – understanding their context, motivations, and needs.We use a variety of tools and methods to make the greatest impact. These include design workshops, getting people excited about service design, UX critiques, improving our accessibility, and putting participants first in our research.
